Three Tiers of Disclosure
We disclose capabilities openly, structural architecture under non-disclosure, and our underlying mathematics only under a formal evaluation agreement.
The structure of the disclosure mirrors the structure of the technology. The tiers are not a sales funnel. They are a statement about what is appropriate to put on a public website, what is appropriate to share when there is a real engagement underway, and what is appropriate to share only when a formal evaluation is being conducted.
Capabilities.
What the system does, what it is for, what it enables, and where it fits operationally. The biological precedent, the operational properties, the position relative to language and world models, the current status. Everything on this website.
Structural architecture.
How the architecture is composed. The internal organization of the system, the structural mechanisms by which it commits to durable knowledge, the specific construction of continuous learning, the deployment topology. Sufficient for a partner to plan an engagement.
Mathematics.
The underlying mathematical machinery. The formal objects, the conservation laws, the proofs. Sufficient for a partner to independently verify the architecture's properties.
A serious partner can move from Tier 1 to Tier 3 in a matter of weeks if the engagement warrants it. The tiers exist to make the path explicit, not to make it slow.
